Ossoro –Shiro Miso Flavour (WS)

Shiro Miso flavour captures the mild, fermented, and umami-rich taste of traditional Shiro miso.
It adds a subtle sweetness with delicate yeasty notes, ideal for soups, sauces, marinades, and savoury dishes.
Recommended usage: 0.15% to 0.25% or 30–50 drops per litre of liquid/kg of dough (1 ml ≈ 20 drops).
