Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. Please make sure to take pictures of goods received in damaged condition.
Sale items
Refunds only apply to regular priced items, not sale items, according to the policy.
Cancellation
Orders with payment confirmed or shipped ex supplier can no longer be cancelled.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.
