The Ossoro Cardamom flavour is brewed with extracts obtained directly from fresh cardamom spice, which conserves the multifaceted flavor from the full body and the sharp aftertaste that lingers into the food. Ideal for adding into both solid and liquid base foods, can be beneficial in baking and in making many sweet delicacies. Ossoro recommends using 1.5-2 ml of flavour per kilo of dough. Each ml measures approximately 20 drops of the essence. This product is 100% vegetarian, contains no preservatives and is free from spirit.
