Ossoro’s Milkwala is a flavour offering that can be supremely used as a substitute to milk, in a multitude of recipes. Smoothly delivers a mild milky sweetness into the dish. Can come in handy especially for those who are lactose intolerant and still long to taste the richness of milk in their preparations. With the character of sweet and fresh milk, Milkwala does wonders to your milk-based sweets and even for baked goods! Ossoro recommends using 1.5-2 ml of flavour per kilo of dough. Each ml measures approximately 20 drops of the essence. This product is 100% vegetarian, contains no preservatives and is free from spirit.
