Ossoro – Puran Poli Flavour (WS)

Puran Poli flavour captures the rich, sweet, and slightly caramelized taste of traditional Puran Poli.
It adds a warm, brown sweetness with lentil and jaggery notes, ideal for desserts, bakery, and festive applications.
Recommended usage: 0.15% to 0.25% or 30–50 drops per litre of liquid/kg of dough (1 ml ≈ 20 drops).
